乔振纲教授谈足够疗程对疗效的重要性

乔振纲教授立足于哲学的"量变→质变"法则,通过大量临床实践的证明,要彻底治愈疾病,必须有足够的疗程才能实现。要求医者总体把握病情,对疗程有正确估计;对疗程较长的慢性病,要从长计议,慢病缓图,守法守方,稳中取效;对癌瘤等恶性病,要始终坚持以人为本,以体质为本,必须把扶正固本放在第一位;用药上,宜精不宜杂,宜轻不宜重,反对重剂猛投,滥施攻伐。

Based on the philosophy of'quantitative change to qualitative change'principle,through a large number of clinical practice proof,Professor Qiao Zhengang pointed that,to cure the disease thoroughly,there must have be enough courses of treatment. He demanded the doctor to have a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the disease,to know how long can cure the disease. As for the chronic disease,required a long time treatment,we should not be anxious for success,need adhere to the same principle of treatment and prescription. As for the cancer and other diseases of poor prognosis,we want to achieve'people-oriented',depending on the person's physical condition to give different treatment options,and,we must give top priority to improve the patient's own resistance. On the prescriptions given to patients,there should not be a wide variety of traditional Chinese medicine,the dose should not be too large.
