参附针合补脾益肠丸治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shenfu Injection Combined Bupi Yichang Pill in Treating Functional Diarrhea with Deficiency Syndrome and Cold Syndrome

目的观察参附针合补脾益肠丸治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证的临床疗效。方法将64例功能性腹泻虚证、寒证患者随机分为实验组32例,对照组32例。实验组采用参附针合补脾益肠丸治疗;对照组采用补脾益肠丸口服治疗,15天为一个疗程。观察治疗前后患者的症状改善情况及总疗效。结果实验组总有效率93.75%,高于对照组(75.00%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束后两组症状总评分有统计学意义(P<0.01),具有极显著性差异。结论参附针合补脾益肠丸治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证疗效较单纯补脾益肠丸好,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shenfu injection and Bupi Yichang pill in the treatment of functional diarrhea with deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome. Method 64 cases of patients with functional diarrhea with deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group in 32 cases,control group in 32 cases. The experimental group were given Shenfu injection and Bupi Yichang pill treatment,while the control group were received Bupi Yichang pill treatment,15 days for a course. We observed before and after treament in patients with improvement of symptoms and the total effect. Result( 1) In experimental group,the total efficiency rate was 93. 75%,which was higher than that of the control group( 75%). There was significant difference between two groups( P < 0. 05).( 2) At the end of the treatment,there was statistical significance in two groups after the total symptom score( P <0. 01). There was significant difference. Conclusion Shenfu injection combined Bupi Yichang pill treatment of functional diarrhea with deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome is better than pure Bupi Yichang pill which is worthy of popularization and application.
