中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作49例

目的目的观察肺心病急性发作应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法资料随机选取本院诊治的98例肺心病急性发作患者为研究组对象,按数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组49例;对照组常规西医治疗,研究组采用常规西医结合中药处方治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果研究组93.88%治疗总有效率明显高于对照组的69.39%,组间比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作的临床疗效显著,具有积极影响,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of pulmonary heart disease in acute period of clinical curative effect. Methods Choose me hospital between January 2012 and December 2013 hospitalized patients,98 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute stage were randomly divided into the researcht group 49 examples,the control group of49 cases. Treatment with conventional western medicine method in the control group,Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in the researcht group. Observation of clinical curative effect of two sets and blood gas analysis indexes. Results the total effective rate in researcht group 93. 88%,control group 69. 39%,the difference between the two groups was significant( P < 0. 05),the researcht group after treatment of blood gas analysis indices( namely: p H、Pa O2、Pa CO2) were obviously improved,the two group after treatment,the differences were significant( P < 0. 05),the researcht group was significantly better than control group. Conclusion the application of comprehensive treatment program of Integrative Medicine,cor pulmonale the treatment of acute exacerbation of good results,which is worthy to recommand its clinical use.
