观察截敏祛风汤对变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of Jiemin Qufeng Decoction on Allergic Rhinitis

目的研究截敏祛风汤对变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法以我院2012年1月—2015年6月变态反应性鼻炎患者180例随机分两组。西医组采用西替利嗪西药进行口服,中医组采用截敏祛风汤口服,两组均治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者变态反应性鼻炎治疗总有效率;治疗前和治疗后患者症状和体征评分、生活质量水平的差异;治疗前和治疗后患者血清特异性Ig E抗体、血清白细胞介素-4的差异;不良反应发生率。结果中医组患者变态反应性鼻炎治疗总有效率高于西医组,P<0.05。治疗前两组症状和体征评分、生活质量水平比较无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后中医组症状和体征评分、生活质量水平改善幅度更大,P<0.05。治疗前两组血清特异性IGE抗体、血清白细胞介素-4比较无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后中医组血清特异性Ig E抗体、血清白细胞介素-4改善幅度更大,P<0.05。中医组患者无明显不良反应出现,而西医组不良反应发生率为13.33%,有显著差异,P<0.05。结论截敏祛风汤对变态反应性鼻炎的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者症状和体征,降低机体血清特异性Ig E抗体、血清白细胞介素-4水平,减轻炎症水平,促进生活质量的提升,且无不良反应,可安全使用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Jiemin Qufeng decoction on allergic rhinitis. Methods 180 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The Western medicine group adopted cetirizine oral medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine group applied Jiemin Qufeng decoction. Two groups were treated for 3courses. The total effective rate,symptoms and signs score before and after treatment,the level of quality of life after treatment,serum specific Ig E antibody and interleukin-4 in serum after treatment,the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the TCM group was higher than that of the control group P < 0. 05. Before the implementation of treatment,symptoms and signs score,the level of quality of life between the two groups had no significant difference P > 0. 05. After the implementation of treatment,TCM symptoms and signs score,quality of life level of the TCM group improved more significantly P < 0. 05.Before the implementation of treatment,there was no significant difference on serum specific Ig E antibody and interleukin-4,C reactive protein between the two groups P > 0. 05. After the implementation of treatment,serum specific Ig E antibody and serum interleukin-4,C reactive protein of the TCM group improved more significantly P < 0. 05. There was no obvious adverse reaction in TCM group. The adverse reaction rate in Western medicine group was 13. 33%,and there was significant difference P < 0. 05. Conclusion Jiemin Qufeng decoction on allergic rhinitis has clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the symptoms and signs,decrease the serum specific Ig E antibody and interleukin-4,C reactive protein,reduce inflammation,promote the improvement of life quality,has no adverse reaction,and is safe to use.
