基底动脉尖综合征诊疗体会

Experience in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Basilar Artery Syndrome

基底动脉尖综合征(TOBS)是一种特殊类型的缺血性脑血管病,由于TOB区局部解剖的特点,此区血液循环障碍常出现2个或2个以上梗死灶,且临床表现多样。其主要病因为脑栓塞,其他为心脏病史、脑卒中史、糖尿病史,血流变学改变也是其原因之一。其具有起病急、进展快、死亡率高的临床特点。临床中,及时、准确的诊断和治疗显得尤为关键。颅脑MRI成为其确诊的关键,治疗亦可采用中西医结合的方法。现就所收治的其中1例基底动脉尖综合征患者诊疗体会做简要论述。

The basilar artery syndrome( TOBS) is a special type of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Because of the local anatomical characteristics of the TOB region,there are two or more infarction foci in this area,and the clinical manifestations are varied. The main pathogeny is cerebral embolism,and the other followed by heart history,stroke history,history of diabetes and blood rheology change. The clinical features are acute onset,rapid progression and high mortality. Timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment is particularly important in clinical practice. Brain MRI has become the key to its diagnosis,and its treatment can also be used in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. In this paper,one case of patient with the diagnosis and treatment of basilar artery syndrome was discussed briefly.
