试析老年性口干症的中医辨证疗法

An Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Senile Xerostomia

目的探究老年性口干症的中医辨证疗法的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月在我院进行治疗的老年性口干症患者50例,按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例,对照组给予患者常规治疗,治疗组给予患者中医辨证疗法治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、患者满意度进行有效的分析。结果相对于对照组患者的治疗效果,治疗组的治疗效果较高,差异显著,P<0.05,具有一定的统计学意义;对比两组患者的满意度,治疗组患者的高于对照组,P<0.05,具有一定的统计学意义。结论给予老年性口干症患者采用中医辨证疗法治疗,具有较为突出的临床指导意义,可有效提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的焦虑抑郁情况,提升患者的满意度,为该病患者的治疗提供较为科学的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of senile xerostomia. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,50 cases of patients with senile xerostomia were selected. According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 25 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy.The curative effect and satisfaction were effectively analyzed. Results Comparing with the control group,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was relatively high,there was significant difference P < 0. 05,and the difference was statistically significant. The satisfaction of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group P < 0. 05,and there was statistically significant difference. Conclusions It is of great clinical significance for the treatment of senile xerostomia patients by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy,can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,anxiety of depression situation and patient's satisfaction,and provides scientific guidance for the treatment of this disease.
