探讨针灸疏经调脏法对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复影响

Investigation on the Effect of Dredging Channel and Regulating Zang Viscera of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy on the Rehabilitation of Patient with Hemiplegia Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨针灸疏经调脏法治疗脑梗死偏瘫临床效果。方法对照组给予临床常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用针灸疏经调脏法,记录两组脑梗死偏瘫患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度、生活能力变化情况。结果经相应治疗后,两组脑梗死偏瘫患者各量表(NHISS、Barthel)评分均较之前显著改善,且研究组NHISS量表评分降低程度、Barthel量表评分提高程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死偏瘫患者给予常规治疗基础上加用针灸疏经调脏法,可获得更为理想的临床疗效,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dredging channel and regulating zang viscera of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods The control group was given routine clinical treatment,and the study group was given dredging channel and regulating zang viscera of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,neurological deficits and life ability changes of the two groups were recorded. Results After corresponding therapy,( NHISS,Barthel) scores of the two groups were significantly improved. The NHISS score of the study group reduced,and the Barthel scale score of the study group was improved. The study group was significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,dredging channel and regulating zang viscera of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia can obtain ideal clinical effect,and is conducive to the protection of patients' quality of life and physical and mental health.
