中药穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩复合护理干预功能性便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbs Acupoint Application Combined with Acupoint Massage Nursing in the Intervention of Functional Constipation

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩复合护理干预功能性便秘的临床观察。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月于我院消化科住院的功能性便秘患者60例,应用信封法对试验组与对照组随机分组,对照组30例,应用中药穴位贴敷,试验组30例,在对照组的基础上应用穴位按摩,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果试验组优于对照组,两组数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩护理干预功能性便秘患者安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application therapy combined with acupoint massage nursing in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods 60 cases of functional constipation patients in department of gastroenterology of our hospital from May2015 to May 2016 were selected. With the application of envelope method,they were divided into experimental group and control group. 30 cases in the control group used acupoint application. 30 cases in the experimental group applied acupoint massage on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed. Results The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Chinese herbs acupoint application combined with acupoint massage nursing intervention is effective and safe for patients with functional constipation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
