深部热疗联合前列栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的护理体会

Nursing Experience on Deep Thermotherapy Combined with Qianlieshuan in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的探讨深部热疗联合前列栓治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及护理方法。方法回顾分析60例慢性前列腺炎患者资料。结果治疗后患者的NIH-CPSI总评分及疼痛症状评分均降低,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深部热疗联合前列栓配合全程优质护理,明显改善了慢性前列腺炎患者的症状,提高了治愈率。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing method of deep thermotherapy combined with Qianlieshuan in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Data of 60 patients with chronic prostatitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results After treatment,NIH-CPSI score and pain symptom score of patients were reduced,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusions Deep thermotherapy combined with Qianlieshuan and high quality nursing care significantly ameliorated the symptoms of chronic prostatitis patients,and improved the cure rate.
