红藤败酱汤加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床应用探析

Discussion on the Clinical Value of Hongteng Baijiang Decoction in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨红藤败酱汤加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床应用方法及效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年1月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为50例对照组和50例观察组,对照组患者通过口服左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑的西药治疗,观察组患者采用红藤败酱汤加减治疗,比较2组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗显效、有效和无效的例数分别是42例、6例和2例,总有效率达到96%;对照组患者的对应例数分别是30例、13例和7例,总有效率是86%,比观察组患者低,P <0. 05。在不良反应方面,观察组患者出现1例轻微的肠胃不适情况,对照组出现2例,观察组患者的不良反应发生率略低,2组数据对比不存在统计学意义,P> 0. 05。结论采用红藤败酱汤加减治疗妇科临床的慢性盆腔炎患者,能够帮助患者改善临床症状,安全有效,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical application and effect of Hongteng Baijiang decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The patients in the control group were treated with levofloxacin and metronidazole orally,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Hongteng Baijiang decoction.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the obviously effective,effective and ineffective cases were 42 cases,6 cases and 2 cases,respectively,and the total effective rate was 96%.The corresponding number of patients in the control group was 30 cases,13 cases and 7 cases respectively,and the total effective rate was 86 cases.The effective rate of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the side of adverse reactions,there was 1 case of mild gastrointestinal discomfort in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hongteng Baijiang decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can improve clinical symptoms,is safe and effective,and has high application value.
