针刺配合手法复位治疗难治性肩关节脱位的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture Combined with Manual Reduction in the Treatment of Refractory Shoulder Dislocation

目的观察针刺配合手法复位治疗难治性肩关节脱位患者的临床效果。方法选择收治的难治性肩关节脱位患者100例作为研究对象,按照研究方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者50例,采用手法复位进行治疗,观察组患者50例,采用针刺配合手法复位进行治疗。观察2组患者治疗后的优良率和治疗6周后疗效。结果观察组患者优良率为96. 0%,显著高于对照组优良率76. 0%,组间差异显著(P <0. 05); 2组患者治疗6周后疗效比较,观察组总有效率为88. 0%,明显优于对照组总有效率68. 0%,组间差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论针刺联合手法复位疗法治疗难治性肩关节脱位,能够显著提高患者的治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with manual reduction in the treatment of refractory shoulder dislocation. Methods 100 patients with refractory shoulder dislocation in our hospital were selected as study subjects. According to the different research methods,they were divided into control group and observation group. 50 patients in the control group were treated with manual reduction. 50 patients in the observation group were acupuncture combined with manual reduction. The the excellent and good rate after treatment and the therapeutic effect after 6 weeks of treatment were observed. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 96. 0%,which was significantly higher than 76. 0% of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant( P < 0. 05). The effective rate of the observation group was 88. 0% which better than 68. 0% of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Acupuncture combined with manual reduction therapy for patients with refractory shoulder dislocation can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
