摘要
目的观察穴位贴敷对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能的影响,并评价其有效性。方法选取肺病科门诊2016年11月—2017年11月治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组口服盐酸氨溴索片、复方鲜竹沥液,雾化吸入沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合穴位贴敷治疗。观察2组治疗前后的血气分析、肺功能指标变化情况及临床疗效。结果 2组均能改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床症状及改善肺功能,但治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论穴位贴敷可明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病的整体临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application on pulmonary function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods 120 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group( n = 60) and treatment group( n= 60). The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride tablets compound fresh bamboo leachate and inhaled salmeterolticasone powder inhalation. The treatment group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis and changes of pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment. Result Both groups were able to improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The treatment group was superior to the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion The acupoint application can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve the overall clinical efficacy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
