平衡针治疗老年颈肩腰腿痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Balanced Acupuncture in Treating Senile Cervicodynia-Omalgia-Lumbago-Skelalgia

目的研究在老年颈肩腰腿痛患者中采取平衡针治疗的临床效果。方法此文数据收集时间是2017年5月—2018年5月,收治样本目标是70例老年颈肩腰腿痛患者,以随机数字表法将样本进行分组,即为对照组与实验组,参照组实行推拿治疗,实验组在对照组基础上实行平衡针治疗,观察2组患者临床治疗总有效率及治疗前后功能受限评分、肿胀评分、疼痛评分变化情况。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率(94. 29%)明显高于对照组(74. 29%),2组有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前2组功能受限评分、肿胀评分、疼痛评分差异不大,无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。2组治疗后功能受限评分、肿胀评分、疼痛评分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论将平衡针治疗应用在老年颈肩腰腿痛患者中可降低疼痛程度,改善临床症状,值得应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of balanced acupuncture in treating senile cervicodynia-omalgia-lumbago-skelalgia.Methods The data collection time was from May 2017 to May 2018. The target of the sample was 70 elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain. The samples were grouped by random number table,which were the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with massage. The experimental group was treated with balanced acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of the clinical treatment and the functional restriction score,swelling score and pain score before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group( 94. 29%) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 74. 29%),and the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences in functional limitation score,swelling score and pain score between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05). The functional restriction score,swelling score and pain score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of balanced acupuncture in elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain can reduce the degree of pain and improve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of application.
