桂枝茯苓汤联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Fuling Decoction Combined with Mifepristone in Treating Perimenopausal Hysteromyoma

目的探究桂枝茯苓汤联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取收治的围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者92例,2015年11月—2017年11月为研究时段,以入院顺序号的奇偶性分组,分观察组、对照组,每组样本容量46例。对照组采纳米非司酮治疗,观察组以对照组为基础,采纳桂枝茯苓汤联合治疗。比较治疗效果、血清激素水平、最大肌瘤体积。结果 2组治疗前的T、E2、P、LH、FSH指标以及最大肌瘤体积不具统计学差异,P>0. 05;与对照组治疗效果比较,观察组较高,与对照组治疗后的T、E2、P、LH、FSH指标比较,观察组较低,与对照组治疗后最大肌瘤体积比较,观察组较小,具统计学差异,P <0. 05。结论桂枝茯苓汤联合米非司酮可有效改善围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者的病情,瘤体可见明显缩小,效果确切,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal hysteromyoma. Methods 92 cases of perimenopausal hysteromyoma were collected in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017.They were divided into observation group and control group by the order of admission,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone. The observation group was given Guizhi Fuling decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect,the serum hormone level and the maximum myoma volume were compared. Results The T,E2,P,LH,FSH,and the largest myoma between the two groups before treatment had no statistical difference( P > 0. 05). The observation group was higher than the control group,and compared with the control group after treatment,the FSH index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and compared with the control group,the largest volume of myoma was smaller in the observation group,and there was statistical difference between the observation group and the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with mifepristone can effectively improve the condition of patients with peri-menopausal hysteromyoma.
