刍议脐疗治疗痛经的临床应用及现代作用机理解析

The Clinical Application and Modern Mechanism of Action Analysis of Umbilical Therapy in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea

目的归纳总结脐疗治疗原发性痛经的临床应用并探讨其作用机理。方法回顾了近10年脐疗治疗原发性痛经的临床及实验研究,明确脐疗治疗痛经的现代作用机理,并探究不同脐疗方法临床应用的差异及应用要点。结果脐疗治疗原发性痛经虽多有良效,但中药剂型、溶酶、脐疗方法及治疗时间的不同对痛经的疗效多有不同。结论脐疗作为一种传统的治疗方法值得被临床推广应用,规范的操作规程对今后的治疗更有助益。

Objective To summarize the clinical application and mechanism of umbilical cord therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods The clinical and experimental studies of umbilical therapy for primary dysmenorrhea in recent 10 years were reviewed. The modern mechanism of umbilical therapy for dysmenorrhea was clarified,and the differences of clinical application and key points of application of different umbilical therapy methods were explored. Result Although umbilical cord therapy has many good effects on primary dysmenorrhea,the effects of traditional Chinese medicine,lysozyme,umbilical cord therapy and different treatment time on dysmenorrhea are different. Conclusion Umbilical cord therapy as a traditional method of treatment is worthy of clinical application,standardized procedures for the future treatment of more beneficial.
