摘要
目的观察改良平复汤对多发性硬化患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法运用改良平复汤治疗37例MS患者,观察治疗前后及33例正常组的T细胞亚群分布。结果治疗前MS患者外周血中CD4+细胞高于对照组,CD8+细胞显著低于对照组,CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高;治疗后,CD8+细胞明显升高,CD4+细胞降低,CD4+/CD8+比值明显降低(均P <0. 05)。结论改良平复汤可通过改善外周血的T细胞亚群提高免疫力治疗MS。
Objective To observe the effect of improved Pingfu decoction on T lymphocyte subsets in patients with multiple sclerosis.Methods 37 patients with MS were applied to remove soup treatment,before and after treatment,distribution of T cell subsets of 33 cases of normal group was observed. Results MS CD4+cells in peripheral blood in patients with significantly higher than the control group,CD8+cells in peripheral blood in patients with significantly lower than the control group,CD4+/CD8+ratio increased significantly. After treatment,CD8+cells increased significantly,CD4+cells reduced significantly,CD4+/CD8+ratio significantly decreased( all P < 0. 05).Conclusion The improved Pingfu decoction can improve the T cell subsets of peripheral blood by increasing enhance immunity treatment of MS.
