安脑丸治疗癫痫的临床疗效及对海马5-HT含量及IL-1β、IL-6基因表达的影响

The Clinical Effect of Annao Pills in Treating Epilepsy and Its Influence on Hippocampus 5-HT Content and the Expression of IL-1β and IL-6 Gene

目的探讨安脑丸治疗癫痫的疗效及对海马5-HT含量及IL-1β、IL-6基因表达的影响。方法选择2016年3月—2017年6月收治的86例癫痫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例),对照组给予拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予安脑丸口服治疗,6个月后观察2组患者的临床疗效和药物不良反应,比较两组患者的五羟色胺(5-HT),IL-1β、IL-6基因表达及炎症因子白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)。结果观察组患者的总有效率(88. 37%)显著高于对照组(67. 44%)(χ2=5. 472,P=0. 019)。观察组患者的5-HT含量显著高于对照组,IL-1β和IL-6的mRNA水平显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组患者的IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组患者的药物不良反应主要为皮疹、头痛、脱发和记忆力减退,观察组的药物不良反应发生率27. 91%与对照组23. 26%比较无显著差异(χ2=0. 244,P=0. 621)。结论安脑丸治疗癫痫具有较好的临床疗效,可升高海马5-HT含量,降低IL-1β和IL-6基因表达,且具有良好的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Annao pills in the treatment of epilepsy and its influence on hippocampus 5-HT content and the expression of IL-1β and IL-6 gene. Methods 86 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group( 43 cases) and the observation group( 43 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given lamotrigine and sodium valproate,while the observation group was given Annao pills on the basis of the control group. After 6 months,the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed. The serotonin( 5-HT)and IL-1β,IL-6 gene expression,and inflammatory factors interleukin-8( IL-8),interleukin 6( IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor( TNF-α)were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 37%,which was significantly higher than 67. 44% of the control group. The 5-HT content of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the mRNA levels of IL-1β and IL-6 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The adverse drug reactions in the two groups were mainly rash,headache,hair loss and memory loss. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and the control group was 27. 91% and 23. 26% respectively( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Annao pills has good clinical effect in the treatment of epilepsy,which can increase the content of 5-HT in hippocampus and decrease the expression of IL-1β and IL-6 genes. It has good safety and it is worth to be applied.
