术苓止泻汤联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿肠炎62例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Zhuling Zhixie Decoction Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Enteritis for 62 Cases

目的分析术苓止泻汤联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿肠炎疗效。方法以2013年2月—2017年2月诊疗的62例小儿肠炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成2组,各31例。对照组和实验组均给予蒙脱石散和基础治疗,实验组在此基础上增术苓止泻汤剂治疗,对比2组有效情况。结果实验组小儿肠炎治疗有效率[96. 77%(30/31)]高于对照组小儿肠炎治疗有效率[74. 19%(23/31)],差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论蒙脱石散与术苓止泻汤组合治疗小儿肠炎疗效较好,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Zhuling Zhixie decoction combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile enteritis. Methods From February 2013 to February 2017,62 children with enteritis were divided into 2 groups,with 31 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group and experimental group were given montmorillonite powder and basic treatment,and the experimental group was also given Zhuling Zhixie decoction. The effective situation was compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 96. 77%( 30/31) which was higher than that of the control group 74. 19%( 23/31). The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of montmorillonite powder and Zhuling Zhixie decoction is effective in the treatment of infantile enteritis,and is worthy of application.
