骨刺软化丸治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎90例

Guci Ruanhua Pills in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Deficiency of Liver and Kidney for 90 Cases

目的研究骨刺软化丸对肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎患者90例,其中男性28例,女性62例,口服骨刺软化丸2个疗程后比较患者治疗前后(Lysholm)评分。结果与治疗前比较服用骨刺软化丸患者Lysholm评分显著降低。结论骨刺软化丸能改善肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎患者的临床症状并提高患者生活质量,对肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎有较好疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Guci Ruanhua pills in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods 90 patients with osteoarthritis of the liver and kidney deficiency were selected,including 28 males and 62 females. After2 courses of oral Guci Ruanhua pills,the scores of the patients were compared with the patients before and after treatment( Lysholm).Results The Lysholm score of the patients with Guci Ruanhua pills was significantly lower than that before the treatment. Conclusion Guci Ruanhua pills can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with osteoarthritis of the kidney and kidney deficiency and the quality of life of the patients,and it has a good effect on the liver and kidney deficiency type osteoarthritis of the knee.
