苓桂术甘汤联合无创通气治疗心肾阳虚型心衰32例

Linggui Zhugan Decoction Combined with Non-invasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Heart Failure Due to Deficiency of Heart and Kidney Yang 32 Cases

目的探讨苓桂术甘汤联合无创通气治疗心肾阳虚型心衰的临床疗效。方法收集心肾阳虚型心衰患者64例。根据患者入院先后顺序编号,单号者进入观察组(32例),双号进入对照组(32例)。对照组采用常规的西药治疗及应用无创正压通气。观察组在对照组基础上加苓桂术甘汤治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、心率、脑钠肽(BNP)及左室射血分数(LVEF),同时对比2组的临床疗效情况。结果 2组治疗后心率、BNP水平均较治疗前显著降低,LVEF均较治疗前显著升高(P <0. 05)。与对照组相比,治疗后观察组心率、BNP水平均显著降低(P <0. 05),LVEF及总有效率显著提高(P <0. 05)。结论苓桂术甘汤联合无创通气治疗能有效改善心肾阳虚型心衰患者的心功能,提高疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of heart failure of heart and kidney yang deficiency type. Methods 64 patients with heart failure due to heart kidney yang deficiency were collected. According to the number of patients in the hospital,the odd numbers entered the observation group of 32 cases,and the double sign entered the control group of 32 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. The observation group was treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of the control group. Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,brain natriuretic peptide( BNP) and left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,heart rate and BNP levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and LVEF levels were significantly higher than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the heart rate and BNP levels in the observation group were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),LVEF and total effective rate were significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with non-invasive ventilation can effectively improve the heart function of patients with heart failure of heart and kidney yang deficiency,and improve the curative effect.
