锁定钢板内固定联合中药内服治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效分析

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Locking Plate Internal Fixation Combined with Oral Administration of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Senile Proximal Humerus Fracture

目的探究锁定钢板内固定联合中药内服治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2018年5月接受治疗的62例老年肱骨近端骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为单一组和联合组,每组31例。单一组采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,联合组在单一组的基础上联合中药内服治疗,比较2组的肩关节功能恢复情况和术后并发症情况。结果随访12个月后,联合组肩关节功能评价优良率为93. 5%,单一组肩关节功能评价优良率为74. 2%,联合组要明显高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);在骨痂出现时间、骨折愈合时间、肿胀消退时间、住院时间等指标的比较中,联合组均要明显优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论老年肱骨近端骨折的治疗中,锁定钢板内固定联合中药内服治疗,有利于肩关节功能的改善,促进患者的顺利康复。

Objective To explore the effect of locking plate internal fixation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile proximal humeral fractures. Methods 62 elderly patients with proximal humeral fractures were randomly divided into single group and combined group,with 31 cases in each group. The single group was treated with locking plate internal fixation,and the combined group was treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine on the basis of the single group. The recovery of shoulder joint function and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results After 12 months’ following-up,the excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function evaluation in the combined group and the single group was 93. 5% and 74. 2% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). In comparison,the combined group was significantly better than the single group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of proximal humerus fractures in the elderly,locking plate internal fixation combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine is conducive to the improvement of shoulder joint function,and promotes the smooth recovery of patients.
