益气活血中药干预急性心肌梗死介入术后患者心脏康复的疗效

The Curative Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Nourishing Qi and Removing Blood Stasis in the Intervention of Cardiac Rehabilitation of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的观察益气活血中药对急性心肌梗死介入术后患者心脏康复的疗效。方法选取急性心肌梗死并行PCI术患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,所有患者均进行心脏康复的教育,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予口服自拟益气活血中药配方颗粒口服,疗程8周,观察2组治疗前后的中医证候量化积分、心脏超声和生活质量(SAQ)评分变化情况。结果治疗后2组中医证候积分、心脏彩超的LVEF、LVFS、LVEDD数值以及生活质量(SAQ)评分均较入组时改善,但治疗组的改善情况较对照组更为明显(P <0. 05)。结论益气活血中药有利于急性心肌梗死介入术后患者的心脏康复。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine nourishing qi and removing blood stasis on cardiac rehabilitation for acute myocardial infarction patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 100 AMI patients with successful PCI were randomly divided into observation group( 50 cases) and control group( 50 cases). The two groups were both given western medicine treatment and health education about cardiac rehabilitation,and the observation group was given Chinese herbal medicine nourishing qi and removing blood stasis for 8 weeks. TCM symptom score,UCG and SAQ score were observed. Results The two groups both had significant improvement on TCM symptom score,LVEF,LVFS,LVEDD and SAQ score after treatment. But the observation group had a better effect than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine nourishing qi and removing blood stasis can improve cardiac rehabilitation for acute myocardial infarction patients after PCI.
