新伤续断汤加减治疗四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Xinshang Xuduan Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Pain and Swelling after Limb Fracture

目的探究新伤续断汤加减治疗四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月收治的112例四肢骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例,2组均使用一般疗法,观察组加用新伤续断汤治疗,记录并比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组(96. 43%> 83. 93%),P <0. 05,差异具有统计学意义。结论新伤续断汤加减治疗四肢骨折后急性疼痛肿胀效果显著,有利于加快骨折愈合,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Xinshang Xuduan decoction in the treatment of acute pain and swelling after limb fracture. Methods 112 patients with extremities fracture diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number method,with 56 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with general therapy. The observation group was treated with Xinshang Xuduan decoction. The clinical effects of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( 96. 43% >83. 93%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xinshang Xuduan decoction in the treatment of acute pain and swelling after limb fracture is beneficial to accelerate fracture healing and is worth popularizing clinically.
