半夏复诊处方的临床用药使用情况分析

Analysis on the Clinical Medication Usage of the Return Visit Prescription of Pinellia Ternata

目的对半夏复诊处方变化使用情况进行分析。方法以2016年1月—2017年12月门诊280例复诊患者为研究对象,对相关处方进行回顾性统计和分析。结果经研究发现,半夏复诊处方的用药剂量主要集中于10 g左右,中药处方用药味数主要集中于10～15味,使用半夏频率最高的为消化系统类疾病如慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃脘痛等。结论临床用药剂量的大小,应以辨证准确为前提,病情需要为依据,以《药典》的规定剂量为指导,客观掌握中药的用量。

Objective To analyze the use of drugs in the subsequent visit of Pinellia ternata in our hospital. Methods 280 cases of revisited patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects,and the relevant prescriptions were analyzed retrospectively. Results It was found that the dosage of Pinellia ternate revisit prescription was mainly about 10 g,the number of flavors of Chinese herbal prescriptions was mainly between 10 and 15,and the digestive system diseases such as chronic atrophic gastritis and epigastralgia were the most frequently used. Conclusion The dosage of clinical medication should be based on the accurate differentiation of symptoms and signs,according to the needs of the disease,and guided by the prescribed dosage in the Pharmacopoeia.
