自拟补阳方治疗心阳不足型冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-designed Tonifying Yang Prescription on Heart Yang Deficiency Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨自拟补阳方对心阳不足型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在沈阳松辽中医院中医科就诊的80例中医辨证分型为心阳不足型冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例依据西医诊疗指南进行治疗,试验组40例使用自拟补阳方对患者进行治疗,比较2组患者的中医证候评分变化。结果试验组的中医证候评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对心阳不足型冠心病心绞痛患者采取自拟补阳方进行治疗,可以明显降低患者的中医证候评分,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-designed tonifying yang prescription on heart yang deficiency angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in department of traditional Chinese medicine of Songliao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,80 cases of heart yang deficiency angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of 40 cases was treated with conventional treatment. The experimental group of 40 cases used self-designed tonifying yang prescription. TCM syndrome score changes were compared. Results The TCM syndromes scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Self-designed tonifying yang prescription in treating heart yang deficiency angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
