Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pills Treated Angina Pectoris for 45 Cases

目的愈风宁心滴丸治疗心绞痛患者90例临床分析。方法取2017年1月—2018年5月治疗的心绞痛患者90例开展研究,将随机信封法作为分组依据,将90例患者分为对照组、试验组,每组样本病例均45例,常规治疗为对照组治疗措施,以常规治疗为基础,增加愈风宁心滴丸为试验组治疗措施,分析2组临床疗效、血液流变学指标、临床观察指标等情况。结果临床总有效率试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);血液流变学指标试验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);试验组临床观察指标低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在心绞痛临床治疗中,应用愈风宁心滴丸治疗,既可改善血液流变学指标及临床观察指标,提高患者满意度,又可提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yufeng Ningxin dripping pills on 90 patients with angina pectoris. Methods 90 cases of angina pectoris in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were studied. Random envelope method was used as a basis for grouping.90 patients were divided into control group and experiment group,with 45 cases in each group. Routine treatment was used in the control group. The experiment group applied Yufeng Ningxin dripping pills on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,hemorheology and clinical observation indexes of the two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The hemorheology indexes of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The clinical observation index of the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of angina pectoris,Yufeng Ningxin drop pill can not only improve the hemorheological index and clinical observation index,improve the patient’s satisfaction,but also improve the clinical effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
