针刺联合颈部康复训练治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Cervical Rehabilitation Training on Cervical Spondylotic Radicular Disease

目的分析针刺联合颈部康复训练治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的疗效。方法选取CSR患者85例。根据随机数字表法将上述患者分为联合组42例和对照组43例。对照组采用针刺治疗。联合组采用针刺联合颈部康复训练治疗。比较2组治疗前后疼痛程度变化及压痛缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间、活动度改善时间;观察患者颈椎功能改善情况、随访2个月复发情况。同时对比2组的临床疗效。结果治疗后联合组的VAS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。联合组压痛缓解时间、疼痛缓解时间、活动度改善时间均较对照组短,差异显著(P <0. 05)。治疗后,联合组的临床症状、体征检查、日常生活动作评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。联合组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。联合组复发率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论针刺联合颈部康复训练能较好的减轻患者疼痛,提高疗效,降低复发率,改善其生活能力。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with cervical rehabilitation training on cervical spondylotic radicular disease. Methods 85 patients with CSR were collected. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into combination group of 42 cases and control group of 43 cases. The control group was treated with acupuncture. The combination group was treated with acupuncture combined with neck rehabilitation training. The pain degree before treatment and after treatment,tenderness relief time,pain relief time and activity improvement time were compared between the two groups,and the recurrence of cervical vertebra function improvement was observed during the follow-up 2 months period. At the same time,the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the VAS score of the combination group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The time of tenderness relief,pain relief and activity improvement in the combination group were significantly shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms,physical signs and daily living activities in the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the combination group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of the combination group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with cervical rehabilitation training can better relieve pain,improve curative effect,reduce recurrence rate and improve their living ability.
