摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,用数据分析《眼科探骊》中内治法治疗内障眼病的用药规律并验证名中医张望之老先生的学术思想。方法收集并筛选《眼科探骊》中内治法治疗内障眼病的方剂,逐一录入中医传承辅助系统(V2. 5),采用软件集成的数据统计、熵聚类、无监督层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,对筛选出内治法治疗内障眼病的处方进行组方用药规律分析。结果筛选出《眼科探骊》中内治法治疗内障病方剂36首。包含中药80味,使用频次在10以上的药物共有11味,其中药物归经频率最高为肝经,药物四气频率最高为温性,五味频率最高为甘味。获得高频药物组合有21个,通过关联规则分析得到36条药物关联规则,演化得到核心药物组合10个,新处方5首。结论《眼科探骊》中收载的内障眼病方剂多有开郁导滞、通窍明目之效,治疗眼病侧重于从郁论治,并有非大虚莫补之意。
Objective To investigate the medication regularities of prescriptions for Cataract eye diseases from the book of Ophthalmic exploration,to verify the theory and thought ideology of the famous doctor Zhang Wangzhi.Methods The prescriptions that treatment the Cataract diseases by the inner therapy in the Ophthalmic exploration were inputted into the TCM inheritance platform system(V2.5)software,and the medication regularities was analyzed,by revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering.Results Based on the analysis of 36 entries of prescriptions,the frequency of eleven entries was more than ten times,of which the highest natures was warmth.The highest flavor of drugs was sweetish taste.And the highest Meridian entry was the liver channel.It also found out 21 combinations contained two to three entries.And 36 medicine association rules and their confidence coefficient were obtained,which lead to 10 new core combinations and 5 new prescriptions.Conclusion The most of prescriptions in the book have the effect of open depression,guide stagnation or clear the orifices and eyes.The treatment of eye diseases focuses on the treatment of depression.
