中药足浴治疗0级糖尿病足疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on the Curative Effect and Safety of Chinese Medicine Foot Bath in the Treatment of Grade 0 Diabetic Foot

目的观察中药足浴疗法在0级糖尿病足治疗领域使用的有效性及安全性。方法随机从2013年6月—2014年6月住院病人中选取60例Wanger分级为0级的糖尿病足患者,将他们随机对半分配,分别以对照组及治疗组加以区分,对照组采用普通降糖方案;治疗组在此同时,于每日下午另予中药泡足半小时,一个治疗周期持续4周,分别计算2组患者的疗效并作对比,同时统计所有患者不适症状发生率。结果治疗组疗效(总有效率86. 67%)明显超过对照组(总有效率60. 00%)(P <0. 05),2组患者均未出现明显不适症状。结论中药足浴能够安全有效的治疗0级糖尿病足,应该进一步大范围推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine foot bath in treatment of grade 0 diabetic foot. Method Sixty cases of Wanger’s diabetic foot graded at level 0 were randomly picked from the hospitalized patients in the endocrinology department from June 2013 to June 2014,which were distributed of half and half. They divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with common control blood sugar treatment,on the foundation of these,and the treatment group was given Chinese medicine foot bath for half an hour every afternoon. Four weeks was a course of treatment. The curative effect of two groups of patients and incidence of statistical drug symptom was compared. Result The consequent of the treatment group( overall effective proportion 86. 67%)was significant better than that of the control group( overall effective proportion 60. 00%)( P < 0. 05),and no obvious discomfort symptoms appeared in either group. Conclusion Chinese medicine foot bath can safely and effectively treat grade 0 diabetic foot,and should be further promoted in a large scale.
