化痰熄风活血散瘀方治疗高血压病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Resolving Phlegm and Eliminating Wind and Activating Blood Circulation and Blood Stasis Prescription in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的观察化痰熄风活血散瘀方治疗高血压病患者的中医临床症状。方法选取2017年1月—2018年8月期间宜春市中医院符合诊断标准的60例风痰瘀阻型高血压病患者,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。其中对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片进行治疗,治疗组患者给予化痰熄风活血散瘀方联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片进行治疗。比较分析2组患者治疗后证候疗效,治疗前后的单项症状积分和症状积分总和。结果治疗后治疗组和对照组临床证候总有效率分别为96. 67%、70. 00%,且前者显著高于后者(P <0. 05)。治疗6周后2组比治疗前各症状均显著降低(P <0. 05),且治疗组显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论使用化痰熄风活血散瘀方配合西药治疗高血压病(风痰瘀阻型)的患者,可更好地控制患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,具有极佳的应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical symptoms of resolving phlegm and eliminating wind and activating blood circulation and blood stasis prescription in the treatment of hypertension. Methods From August 2016 to August 2018,60 patients with wind-phlegm-blood stasis type hypertension in Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine met the diagnostic criteria. They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets for treatment,and the treatment group was given resolving phlegm and eliminating wind and activating blood circulation and blood stasis prescription combined with amlodipine besylate tablets for treatment. Comparison and analysis of two groups of patients after treatment of syndrome curative effect,before and after treatment of single symptom score and symptom score were carried out. Results The effective rate of syndrome treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 96. 67% and 70. 00% respectively,and the former was significantly higher than the latter( P < 0. 05). The symptoms of the two groups were significantly different 6 weeks after treatment( P < 0. 05),the treatment group were significantly better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The resolving phlegm and eliminating wind and activating blood circulation and blood stasis prescription combined with western medicine can better control the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients with hypertension of wind phlegm and stasis type.
