针灸结合康复治疗脑卒中神经功能缺损临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation in Treating Neurological Deficits in Cerebral Apoplexy Patient

目的分析研究针灸结合康复治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法入选2013年9月—2018年9月期间收治的脑卒中患者80例作为观察样本,按照简单分组方法随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组40例患者给予常规康复治疗,研究组40例患者采用针灸结合康复治疗。对2组患者的临床疗效和神经功能缺损评分及生活质量评分情况进行对比。结果治疗效果:研究组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7. 44,P <0. 05);治疗前,2组患者神经缺损(NIHSS)评分和生活质量(ADL)评分均无明显差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,研究组患者的NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,而ADL评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论脑卒中患者采用针灸结合康复治疗可以有效的改善患者的神经功能,提高生活质量,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on neurological deficits in stroke patients. Methods Eighty stroke patients admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to September 2018 were selected as observation samples. They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to simple grouping method. 40 patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment. The study group of 40 patients was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation.The clinical efficacy and neurological deficit scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant( χ2= 7. 44,P < 0. 05). Before treatment,the neurological deficit( NIHSS) score and quality of life( ADL) of the two groups were obtained. There was no significant difference in the scores( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the ADL scores were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences between the groups were significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in stroke patients can effectively improve the patient’s neurological function and improve the quality of life,and the effect is remarkable.
