经方六经辨证治疗更年期综合征的临床应用体会

The Clinical Application Experience of Classical Prescription Syndrome Differentiation of Six Channels Theory in the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome

目的阐述中医经方治疗更年期综合征的临床体会。方法笔者通过收集近五年的临床案例,选取其中具有典型代表的几例,通过六经辨证,先辨阴阳,次辨归经,再辨方证,以求得方证对应,从而治愈疾病。结果通过经方六经辨证,在应对临床上不同证型的更年期综合征,多数能取得较满意的疗效。结论经方六经辨证治疗更年期综合征疗效突出,且经方方小、价廉的特点更容易让患者接受,因此,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To explain the clinical experience of TCM classical prescription in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods By collecting clinical cases in the past five years,the author selects several cases with typical representatives,and through the syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,the first diagnosis of yin and yang,the second identification of the classics,and then the identification of the syndrome,in order to obtain the corresponding syndrome,thus curing disease. Results Through the classical prescription syndrome differentiation of six channels theory,most of the menopausal syndromes with different clinical syndromes can achieve satisfactory results.Conclusion The treatment of menopausal syndrome by classical prescription syndrome differentiation of six channels theory is prominent,and it is easier to accept patients because of its small size and low price. Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application.
