中医情志护理对子宫内膜异位症患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Care on Psychological State and Quality of Life of Patients with Endometriosis

目的分析中医情志护理对子宫内膜异位症患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年9月—2018年9月收治住院的子宫内膜异位症患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组(各40例)。对照组施行常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上实施中医情志护理。比较2组的心理状况以及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁均明显低于对照组(P <0. 05),但观察组的人际关系明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),且观察组内干预后的心理状态与干预前比较有明显差异(P <0. 05);干预后,观察组的生活质量明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),且观察组内干预后的生活质量明显高于干预前(P <0. 05),对照组内干预后的生活质量与干预前比较无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。结论给予子宫内膜异位症患者中医情志护理,能够改善患者的心理状况,提高其生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with endometriosis.Methods 80 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was carried out in control group,and emotional nursing in traditional Chinese medicine was carried out on the basis of routine nursing intervention in observation group.The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the interpersonal relationships in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological status of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life after intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05),but the quality of life in the control group was not significantly different from that before the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients with endometriosis.
