麻杏定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Maxing Dingchuan Decoction in Treating Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨支气管哮喘患者选择麻杏定喘汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年12月—2018年7月收治的130例支气管哮喘患者作为观察对象;采用抽签法分为对照组与观察组,对照组(65例)选择常规西医治疗;观察组(65例)在对照组基础上给予麻杏定喘汤治疗;对比2组支气管哮喘患者治疗效果以及肺功能指标。结果与对照组支气管哮喘患者治疗效果(愈显率61. 54%、总有效率80. 00%)对比,观察组愈显率(87. 69%)以及总有效率(98. 46%)均获明显提升(P <0. 05);治疗前,2组患者在肺功能指标方面无明显差异(P> 0. 05),与对照组支气管哮喘患者肺功能指标水平对比,观察组PEF昼夜波动获得明显降低,FEV1水平获得明显提升(P <0. 05)。结论支气管哮喘患者在接受治疗期间,麻杏定喘汤的有效应用,对于患者愈显率、总有效率的提升,肺功能的改善,效果明显,可促进支气管哮喘患者早期康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Maxing Dingchuan decoction in treating bronchial asthma.Methods 130 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to July 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group(65 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group(65 cases)was treated with Maxing Dingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and lung function indexes of the bronchial asthma patients in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group(61.54%)and(80.00%),the over-exposure rate(87.69%)and the total effective rate(98.46%)were significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lung function index between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the lung function index of bronchial asthma patients in the control group,the day-night fluctuation of PEF in the observation group was significantly reduced,and the level of FEV1 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of Maxing Dingchuan decoction in patients with bronchial asthma is effective for improving the patient’s rate,total effective rate,lung function,and promoting early recovery of bronchial asthma patients.
