丹红注射液对急性缺血性卒中疗效及脑血流自动调节功能的影响

The Curative Effect of Danhong Injection on Acute Ischemic Stroke and Its Influence on Cerebral Blood Flow Automatic Regulation Function

目的观察丹红注射液对急性缺血性卒中疗效及脑血流自动调节(CA)功能的影响。方法研究对象为2015年7月—2017年4月神经内科收治的136例急性缺血性卒中患者,将其分2组,均给予常规措施治疗,其中观察组加用药物丹红注射液。分析2组相关指标变化。结果观察组总有效率为91. 18%,高于对照组75. 00%(P <0. 05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分和Barthel指数均优于对照组(均P <0. 05),CA指标相位差和大脑动脉平均血流速度均高于对照组(均P <0. 05)。组间各不良反应率的差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论丹红注射液可提高急性缺血性卒中的治疗效果,改善脑血流自动调节功能和血流动力学,加快神经功能的恢复,且未增加患者不良作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Danhong injection on the acute ischemic stroke and its influence on cerebral blood flow automatic regulation function.Methods 136 patients with acute ischemic stroke from July 2015 to April 2017 were grouped two groups.They were treated with routine measures and one group was given the medicine Danhong injection.Related indicators of two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of the observation group was 91.18%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and Barthel index of the observation group were better than that of the control group(all P<0.05).CA index phase difference and mean arterial flow velocity of cerebral artery of the observation group were higher than that of control group(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the rates of adverse reactions between the groups.Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the therapeutic effect of acute ischemic stroke,improve the automatic regulation function of cerebral blood flow,hemodynamics,accelerate the recovery of neurological function and no side effects were increased.
