宣肺涤痰汤联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Xuanfei Ditan Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Asthmatic Bronchitis in Children

目的探究宣肺涤痰汤联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年5月—2018年4月收治的148例小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分2组,各74例。对照组给予宣肺涤痰汤治疗,观察组给予宣肺涤痰汤联合穴位敷贴治疗。观察对比2组临床疗效、肺部喘鸣音、喘息、夜间咳嗽消失时间和不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率90. 54%较对照组70. 27%高(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组肺部喘鸣音、喘息、夜间咳嗽消失时间短于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后2组不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论宣肺涤痰汤联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎疗效显著,可缩短症状消失时间,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Xuanfei Ditan decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods A total of 148 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuanfei Ditan decoction,and the observation group was given Xuanfei Ditan decoction combined with acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,lung wheezing,wheezing,nighttime cough disappearance time and adverse reaction rate were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.54%,which was higher than 70.27%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung wheezing,wheezing,and nighttime cough time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Ditan decoction combined with acupoint application is effective in treating asthmatic bronchitis in children,which can shorten the time of disappearance of symptoms and has high safety.
