犀角地黄汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xijiao Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura

目的观察过敏性紫癜患者选择犀角地黄汤治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月—2018年2月收治的110例过敏性紫癜患者作为试验对象;抽签法分组后明确各组所用药物;对照组(55例):选择常规西药治疗;观察组(55例):在对照组的基础上选用犀角地黄汤治疗;观察2组过敏性紫癜患者用药总有效率、血清CRP水平、腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消失时间以及关节痛缓解时间。结果与对照组过敏性紫癜患者用药总有效率、血清CRP水平、腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消失时间以及关节痛缓解时间对比,观察组均获明显改善(P <0. 05)。结论过敏性紫癜患者在接受药物治疗期间,犀角地黄汤的有效应用,于用药总有效率提升、血清CRP水平降低、腹痛缓解时间、皮疹消失时间以及关节痛缓解时间方面,效果明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xijiao Dihuang decoction in the treatment of allergic purpura.Methods 110 patients with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to February 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The drugs used in each group were identified after grouping.The control group(55 cases)used routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group(55 cases)used Xijiao Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,serum CRP level,abdominal pain relief time,rash disappearance time and joint pain relief time of the two groups of patients with allergic purpura were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate,serum CRP level,abdominal pain relief time,rash disappearance time and joint pain relief time were significantly improved in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with allergic purpura,the effective application of Xijiao Dihuang decoction has obvious effects in terms of total effective rate of medication,decreases serum CRP level,time of abdominal pain relief,time of rash disappearance and time of joint pain relief.
