基于数据挖掘的范忠泽教授治疗大肠癌辨证规律研究

Research on the Syndrome Differentiation Rule of Professor Fan Zhongze in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer Based on Data Mining

目的运用数据挖掘技术,归纳总结范忠泽教授治疗肠癌的辨证思路。方法收集范忠泽教授门诊肠癌病例,并在范忠泽教授的指导下,根据舌苔、脉象及症状进行辨证分型,运用"中医处方辨证论治特征分析及数据挖掘软件"对病例的证候要素进行频数统计、关联规则分析,并挖掘证候与症状的对应关系。结果研究共录入病案信息762条,涉及证候要素34种。其中,脾虚为本病最主要的本虚证候,气滞为最重要的标实证候,其次为血瘀,再次为湿热蕴结、脾虚痰阻、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚等。结论范忠泽教授治疗大肠癌,辨证以脾虚为本,气滞、血瘀、湿热、痰阻为标。

Objective To study uses data mining technology to summarize and summarize Professor Fan Zhongze’s syndrome differentiation for the treatment of intestinal cancer.Methods The cases of Fan Zhongze’s outpatient bowel cancer were collected.Under the guidance of Professor Fan Zhongze,the syndrome differentiation was based on tongue coating,pulse and symptoms.The frequency statistics of the syndrome elements of the case were analyzed by using the“Chinese medicine prescription differentiation and treatment characteristics analysis and data mining software”.Analysis of association rules and mining the correspondence between syndromes and symptoms was carried out.Results A total of 762 medical records were recorded,involving 34 syndrome elements.Among them,spleen deficiency is the most important deficiency syndrome of this disease.Qi stagnation is the most important standard syndrome,followed by blood stasis,once again,dampness and heat accumulation,spleen deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficiency.Conclusion Professor Fan Zhongze deals with syndrome differentiation of colorectal cancer,with spleen deficiency as the standard,qi stagnation,blood stasis,damp heat and phlegm resistance as the standard.
