加味温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Wenjing Decoctionin Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea Caused by Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis

目的观察加味温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月—2018年2月治疗的70例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者。按照患者入院日期单双号分组,每组35例,试验组采用加味温经汤治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,比较2组治疗总有效率、治疗后3个月复发总计率及2组治疗前、治疗后3个月痛经积分。结果试验组治疗总有效率(97. 14%)高于对照组(80. 00%),P <0. 05;试验组治疗后3个月复发总计率(2. 86%)低于对照组(17. 14%)(P <0. 05);试验组治疗后3个月痛经积分低于治疗前、对照组(P <0. 05)。结论寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者采取加味温经汤治疗呈现良好效果,且复发情况较少,体现推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Wenjing decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods The data analyzed in this paper were from 70 patients with cold clotting-type primary dysmenorrhea who were included in the hospital from March 2016 to February 2018.According to the patient’s admission date,single and double patients were grouped,and a group was enrolled in 35 patients.The experimental group was treated with modified Wenjing decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine.The total effective rate of treatment and the recurrence rate of recurrence at 3 months after treatment were calculated.The dysmenorrhea scores were analyzed before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(97.14%)was superior to the control group(80.00%)P<0.05,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group(2.86%)was lower than that of the control group(17.14%),and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).The dysmenorrhea scores in the experimental group 3 months after treatment was compared with the pre-treatment and control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wenjing decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and blood stasis has a good effect,and the recurrence is less,which reflects the promotion value.
