温针灸配合委中穴拍打放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Observation on Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Beating and Bloodletting at Weizhong(BL 40) in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的探讨温针灸配合委中穴拍打放血在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的效果。方法选取2016年12月—2018年5月收治的78例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,将其按照治疗方案的不同随机分成观察组(40例)与对照组(38例),观察组患者采用温针灸配合委中穴拍打放血治疗,对照组患者采用单一的温针灸治疗,观察对比2患者的临床治疗效果、疼痛程度及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率95. 0%高于对照组患者的治疗有效率76. 3%(P <0. 05);治疗前2组患者的疼痛评分差异不明显,治疗后观察组患者的疼痛评分(2. 2±0. 1)分明显低于对照组患者(4. 1±0. 8)分(P <0. 05); 2组患者在治疗前后均未出现常规检查异常,也无明显不良反应发生。结论温针灸配合委中穴拍打放血治疗腰椎间盘突出症能进一步提高疗效,改善疼痛症状,并且安全性高,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with beating and bloodletting at Weizhong(BL 40)in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to May 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=38)according to different treatment options.The patients in the observation group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with combined with beating and bloodletting at Weizhong(BL 40).The patients in the control group were treated with a single warm acupuncture.The clinical effect,pain degree and adverse reactions of the observation group and the control group were observed.Results The therapeutic effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.0%and 76.3%respectively.There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before treatment.The pain score of the observation group after treatment(2.2±0.1)was significantly lower than the control group(4.1±0.8).Both groups of patients did not appear routine examination abnormalities before and after treatment,and no significant adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with beating and bloodletting at Weizhong(BL 40)in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion can effectively improve the curative effect and the pain symptoms,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
