清热通窍汤联合西药治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qingre Tongqiao Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Rhinosinusitis

目的探析清热通窍汤联合西药治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年12月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者120例为对象,根据治疗方法分组,各60例,对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在西药基础上应用中药汤清热通窍汤治疗,对比2组的治疗效果。结果经过1个月的治疗,观察组治疗总有效率为96. 67%,高于对照组治疗总有效率85. 00%,2组对比P <0. 05;治疗后观察组的临床症状积分低于对照组,P <0. 05;随访观察1年,观察组复发率5. 00%低于对照组复发率16. 67%,P <0. 05。结论中药清热通窍汤联合西药治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效确切,促进患者临床症状缓解,预防病情反复发作,具有显著的近远期疗效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Tongqiao decoction combined with Western medicine in treating chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods 120 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the treatment methods,the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Qingre Tongqiao decoction on the basis of Western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After one month’s treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.00%,P<0.05.After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.After one year of following-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.0%,which was lower than 16.67%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Qingre Tongqiao decoction combined with Western medicine has definite curative effect on chronic rhinosinusitis,promotes relief of clinical symptoms and prevents recurrence of the disease.It has significant short-term and long-term curative effect and is worth promoting.
