中药临床药师在门诊开展药学服务的探索

Exploration of Pharmaceutical Services by Clinical Pharmacists of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Outpatient Clinics

论文阐述了中药临床药师进入医疗团队之初,在门诊药学服务进行的初步探索。通过将医药理论与临床中药学实践相结合,发现和解决门诊用药问题,为医师和患者提供优质的药学服务,并对其所开展的各项工作内容提出建议,进而逐步形成临床用药思维,提高当前的医疗水平,保障患者用药安全,这对当前中药临床药师的发展道路具有借鉴意义。

The clinical pharmacist of traditional Chinese medicine began entering the medical team and exploring the pharmaceutical service model in outpatient clinics.They found and resolved many medication problems found in clinical practice in outpatient clinics,and provided quality pharmaceutical services for physicians and patients by combining theories of medicine with practice of clinical pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine.This article also made recommendations on what clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine should do in outpatient clinics.So they can form thinking of rational use of drugs gradually,and improve the level of current medical and ensure the safety of patients’medications,which has a value for reference on the development of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine at present.
