宣散透邪法治疗风温邪袭卫表证临床观察

Clinical Observation on Promoting Dispersal and Permeating Evil Method in the Treatment of Wind-warm Disorder Defensive Yang Syndrome

目的探讨宣散透邪法治疗风温邪袭卫表证临床效果。方法选取2017年11月—2018年5月风温邪袭卫表证患者110例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例。治疗组应用宣散透邪法治疗,对照组应用热毒宁注射液治疗。结果治疗后,2组患者的症状均得到一定改善,治疗组患者症状评分显著优于对照组(P <0. 05),治疗组干预效果好于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组患者均未发生药物不良反应。结论在风温邪袭卫表证治疗过程中,宣散透邪法的治疗效果理想,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of promoting dispersal and permeating evil method in the treatment of wind-warm disorder defensive yang syndrome. Methods A total of 110 patients with wind-warm disorder defensive yang syndrome admitted to our hospital from November 2008 to May 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 55 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with promoting dispersal and permeating evil method,and the control group was treated with Reduning injection. Results After treatment,the symptoms of both groups were improved. The symptom score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The intervention effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). No adverse drug reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion In the course of treatment of wind-warm disorder defensive yang syndrome,the therapeutic effect of promoting dispersal and permeating evil method is ideal,and should be further promoted and applied clinically.
