樊瑞红教授运用滋阴清热法治疗阵发性房颤经验

Experience of Professor Fan Ruihong in Treating Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation with the Application of Nourishing Yin and Clearing Heat Method

阵发性房颤以心悸为主要症状,归属中医学"心悸"范畴。文章介绍樊瑞红教授治疗阵发性房颤的经验。樊教授采用滋阴清热法治疗阵发性房颤,并自拟调律汤方为主随证加减治疗不同证型的阵发性房颤,积累了丰富的经验,临床疗效显著。并根据医案分析总结其临床应用滋阴清热法治疗本病的临证经验,中西医结合治疗,疗效显著,以期对阵发性房颤的临床治疗有所裨益。

The main symptom of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is palpitation. This disease is in line with 'palpitation'category in traditional Chinese medicine. Experience of Professor Fan Ruihong in treating paroxysmal atrial fibrillation was introduced. Professor Fan Ruihong is good at using the nourishing yin and clearing heat method in treating paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and the self-made Tiaolyu decoction is mainly used to treat paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with different types of syndrome,accumulates a lot of experience,and curative effect is remarkable. The authors analyzed and summarized Professor Fan Ruihong’s clinical experience in treating the disease by the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat method according to medical cases,combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,with a view to help the clinical treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
