理气和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Liqi Hewei Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Disharmony of Liver and Stomach

目的探讨理气和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法将2016年10月—2018年8月收治的60例肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者资料进行研究;根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例; 2组均采用常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上联用中药理气和胃汤治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率93. 33%,高于对照组的80. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后临床症状得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论理气和胃汤联治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良可取得显著的治疗效果,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Liqi Hewei decoction in treatment of functional dyspepsia with disharmony of liver and stomach. Methods The data of 60 patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stomach disharmony from October 2016 to August 2018 were studied. According to the treatment methods,the subjects were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Liqi Hewei decoction on this basis. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 33%,which was higher than 80. 00% of the control group. There was statistical significance between the two data( P < 0. 05). The score of clinical symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and there was statistical significance between the two data( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Liqi Hewei decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with disharmony of liver and stomach can achieve remarkable therapeutic effect. It is worthy of reference.
