补阳还五汤联合康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中康复患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Rehabilitation Patients with Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合康复治疗对缺血性脑卒中康复患者的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2018年1月86例缺血性脑卒中康复患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案的不同,分为观察组(补阳还五汤+康复治疗,43例)与对照组(康复治疗,43例),比较2组日常生活功能与平衡功能。结果治疗后,观察组日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组平衡功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论缺血性脑卒中康复患者经补阳还五汤与康复治疗联合干预,可有效改善平衡功能,利于提高日常生活功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy on rehabilitation patients with ischemic stroke. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment schemes,they were divided into observation group( Buyang Huanwu decoction and rehabilitation therapy,43 cases) and control group( rehabilitation treatment,43 cases). The daily life function and balance function of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the daily living ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the balance function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction and rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve balance function and daily life function of patients with ischemic stroke.
