圆利针恢刺治疗枕神经痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Relaxing Needling Technique with Round-sharp Needle in Treating Occipital Neuralgia

目的观察圆利针恢刺法治疗枕神经痛的疗效。方法将40例枕神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组采用圆利针恢刺结合穴位常规针刺治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,观察2组治疗前、第1次治疗后及疗程结束后VAS评分及BRS-6评分,并比较2组临床疗效。结果 2组第1次治疗后与同组治疗前、疗程结束后与同组第1次治疗后VAS评分及BRS-6评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组第1次治疗后、疗程结束后VAS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);疗程结束后治疗组BRS-6评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组总有效率为100%,高于对照组总有效率90%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论圆利针恢刺法治疗枕神经痛疗效更优,起效更快。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of relaxing needling technique with round-sharp needle in treating occipital neuralgia. Methods 40 patients with occipital neuralgia were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group received relaxing needling technique with round-sharp needle and ordinary acupuncture,and the control group applied acupuncture alone. The VAS score and the BRS-6 score were recorded in the two groups before treatment,after the first treatment and after the course of treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in VAS score and BRS-6 score between the two groups before and after the first treatment( P < 0. 05). After the course of treatment,compared with the end of the first treatment,the situation is the same. The VAS scores of the treatment group after the first treatment and after the course of the treatment were significantly different from those of the control group( P < 0. 05). After the course of the treatment,the BRS-6 score of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Relaxing needling technique with round-sharp needle has a better and quicker effect on occipital neuralgia.
