针灸联合SSRI西药治疗抑郁症及焦虑症的疗效评价

Evaluation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with SSRI Western in the Treatment of Depression and Anxiety

目的评价针灸联合舍曲林片(SER)或帕罗西汀(PAR)对抑郁症及焦虑症的治疗效果和安全性。方法选取2016年3月—2017年8月就诊的抑郁症及焦虑症患者150例,随机均分为3组,单纯西药组服用帕罗西汀,联合A组给予针灸加服SER治疗,联合B组给予针灸加服PAR治疗,比较3组患者治疗效果。结果 3组患者治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均得到改善,与单纯组相比,联合A组、联合B组评分显著降低(P <0. 01),且联合A组优于联合B组(P <0. 01)。与单纯西药组相比,联合A组、联合B组TESS评分均明显降低(P <0. 01),此外,联合A组与联合B组安全性无差异(P>0. 05)。联合A组和联合B组治疗效果显著优于单纯组(P <0. 01),且联合A组治疗有效率更高(P <0. 05)。结论 3组方法均可改善抑郁患者临床症状,而针灸治疗联合舍曲林片疗效最优、安全更高,临床可行性强。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of acupuncture combined with sertraline or paroxetine in depression and anxiety. Methods From March 2016 to August 2017,150 patients with depression and anxiety were selected from the outpatient clinic of our hospital,and were randomly divided into three groups. The western medicine group took paroxetine,combined group A took acupuncture treatment and sertralin,and combined group B took acupuncture and paroxetine. The pre-and post-treatment Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale( HAMD) and Adverse Reaction Scale( TESS) scores in three groups and the clinical effect were analyzed. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the three groups were improved after treatment. Compared with the simple group,the scores of the combined group A and B were significantly improved( P < 0. 01). In addition,the combined group A was better than the combined group B( P < 0. 01). Compared with the simple group,the TESS scores of the combined group A and the combined group B were decreased to different degrees( P < 0. 01). In addition,there was no difference in the safety between the combined group A and the combined group B( P > 0. 05). The combined treatments in group A and group B were significantly better than those in the western medicine group( P < 0. 01),and the treatment in combined group A was more effective( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and sertralin in the treatment of depression and anxiety has a clear and safe effect,and is clinically feasible.
