中医集束化护理干预在重症胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cluster Nursing Intervention on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨中医集束化护理干预在重症胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月我院42例重症胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据护理方案不同分为2组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医集束化护理,对比2种方案实施效果。结果观察组急性生理与慢性健康评分、肠鸣者评分、肠功能障碍评分均低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组首次大便时间短于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中医集束化护理干预在重症胰腺炎胃肠功能障碍的应用效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine cluster nursing intervention on gastrointestinal dysfunction in severe pancreatitis. Methods 42 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction of severe pancreatitis in our hospital from March 2017 to March2018 were selected as the research objects. According to the different nursing schemes,they were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine cluster nursing. The effect of the two schemes was compared. Results Acute physiology and chronic health score,bowel sounds score and intestinal dysfunction score were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05);the first stool time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group( P < 0. 05);the satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine cluster nursing intervention has a significant effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction in severe pancreatitis,and it is worthy of application.
