复方参七汤治疗胃癌临床观察

Clinical Observation on Compound Shenqi Decoction in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer

目的探究胃癌患者接受复方参七汤治疗的价值。方法以胃癌患者100例为研究对象,时间为2016年1月—2017年10月,以计算机随机化分组,其中对照组实施常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上实施复方参七汤治疗,分析2组胃癌患者治疗的结果。结果实验组胃癌患者治疗的总有效率(82. 00%)明显高于对照组(62. 00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组不良反应发生情况相比,无统计学意义(P>0. 05);实验组的胃肠功能恢复时间明显短于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论胃癌患者接受复方参七汤治疗,可取得较好的效果,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To explore the value of compound Shenqi decoction in the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods 100 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The experimental group was treated with compound Shenqi decoction on the basis of the control group.The results of treatment of two groups of patients with gastric cancer were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of gastric cancer patients in the experimental group(82.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(62.00%),and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Shenqi decoction is effective and safe for gastric cancer patients.
